Stay Connected

Homecoming & Reunion Weekend was on October 23–25, 2025, and it was unforgettable!

You can still stay updated on news and events, share memories, and connect with old friends by creating a page in your BrightCrowd reunion class book and following the Georgia Tech Alumni Association on social media. Find ways to get involved and alumni event information at gtalumni.org

Let's Create A Class of 1985 Legacy Together

Hey Class of 1985, we’re counting on you! Your milestone reunion gifts help advance the mission of Georgia Tech and its impact — on people’s lives, on the way we work together to create innovative solutions, and on our world — for decades to come.

Progress Toward Our Goals: 40 for 40

Georgia Tech’s reunion tradition provides the opportunity to reconnect with classmates and friends during Homecoming & Reunion Weekend while supporting our alma mater. The Class of 1985 Reunion Committee has set some shared goals for participation and engagement — we named it 40 for 40! We would like to connect with at least 40% of our class during our 40th reunion through the BrightCrowd class book and in-person attendance of our 40th reunion events.

We would like to see at least 40% of our class fill out a page in our class book. The online book allows us to reconnect and renew friendships by reliving memories with classmates and sharing what we’ve been doing since graduation. We would love to hear your Georgia Tech memories and see pictures of you and your family. If you have not already done so, please accept the BrightCrowd email invitation and create a page in our Class of 1985 40th Reunion Book today.

We also would like to see at least 40% of our class make a gift or pledge in honor of our 40th reunion. A gift of any size to any School, College, or academic or athletics program will help us achieve our goal. Gifts made during our reunion year are a great way to give back to Georgia Tech and show appreciation for the opportunities our time at Tech has given us.

Class of 1985 Yellow Jackets,

2025 is coming to an end and we're counting on you!

In honor of our milestone 40th reunion, we named our class goals for participation and engagement “40 for 40.” As the year draws to a close, we still have time to hit the mark!

We would like to see at least 40% of our class make a tax-deductible gift in honor of our 40th reunion. A gift of any size to any School, College, or academic or athletics program brings us closer to achieving our goal and is a meaningful investment in the future of Georgia Tech.

Thank you for supporting the legacy of philanthropy for the Class of 1985, which will help future Yellow Jackets continue Georgia Tech’s tradition of excellence. Your generosity today helps fuel the next generation of entrepreneurs, innovators, researchers, and leaders who will change the world for the better.

All gifts made by midnight on December 31, 2025, are tax-deductible and count toward the Class of 1985’s Reunion Giving goals. Thank you!
